John built our beautiful, fully custom, retirement home and we are very happy living here since October, 2023. He has excellent integrity, and his attention to the customer and to the details is what really brought success to our project. He is responsive and persistent in finding solutions to all issues that rise. The design is exactly what we had in mind, and the details added up to a beautiful space. Building a home is a long and complex process. Working with John made it a lot easier, and provided trust and security. I highly recommend his firm without hesitation.

GoldLeaf Designs helped with our exterior remodeling, sidings, roofing, and deck job. Our boring stucco house transformed into a beautiful black and white farm house. John understood our ideas and made it even better than we’ve envisioned. John was patient, understanding, and full of ideas throughout the whole process. We strongly recommend GodLeaf Designs.

We had a great experience working with John! He was always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He really brought our vision to life! We love our new Master suite. He also has a solar company and we were able to get incorporated seamlessly in our project. Thanks John!

We purchased a home built by Gold Leaf Designs in 2019. From the moment my wife and I walked in the front door, we knew we were home. Our home is stunning inside and out. Folks passing by tell us how much they love our house. While the home was new construction, the design fit in seamlessly with the neighborhood. The interior is well planned with a wonderful open flow on the first floor. The kitchen could be in a design magazine both beautiful and functional for a family that loves to cook. The walk-in pantry is simply awesome and my toddler loves to shut guests in there! We love the incorporation of outdoor spaces throughout the design. Every aspect of our home is maximally functional and beautiful at the same time. In short, while we didn’t see the home until it was finished, it felt like it was custom built for us.

Having purchased new construction homes in the past, we’ve has some not so pleasant experiences. Working with Gold Leaf Designs was entirely different. Any minor issues that came up once we settled on the home, were quickly addressed by John without hesitation. John is a top notch builder who cares about his work, even after the sale. The fact that he calls a year later to check in on us says a lot about his character.

My wife and I bought a new home designed and built by John of Gold Leaf Designs in August of 2019. Because our jobs require frequent relocation, we have bought numerous homes over the years, many of them new construction. The house John designed is by far the most imaginative, creative layout we’ve ever owned. In particular, the layout of the kitchen, dining, living area is terrific. We easily entertained 30 family members over Thanksgiving! Furthermore, the layout of our Master Bedroom, as well as the third floor suite, are terrific!

The quality of construction was top notch. As with all new construction, we had a punch list of items that needed to be addressed after we moved in. John and his team responded quickly to every request.

In summary, I would absolutely recommend Gold Leaf Designs. John isa very creative designer who provides high quality work. He’s also a really nice guy who’s a pleasure to deal with.
