Gold Leaf Designs LLC is a boutique design-build company that custom designs and builds homes and commercial fit-outs in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia area. As our name indicates, we place a strong emphasis on the design. We also take on complete renovation and addition projects.

Years of experience have enabled Gold Leaf Designs to develop a process that has been proven to work for our clients. We provide a turnkey service to assist a client through every process in their custom home journey of building the home of their dreams. We strive to take the fear and unknown out of a home building experience. We are able to work with home buyers from the very beginning stages of the acquisition process so that the buyer can be educated and informed of the opportunities and pitfalls of each project. We have a design team to help envision and put on paper the design of any custom home. Our construction experience will also allow us to bring a home design to reality. At Gold Leaf Designs, we promise to explain and walk through the entire process from beginning to end with our clients with complete transparency.

John Kang is the Owner and Founder of Gold Leaf Designs, bringing over 15 years of experience in custom home building, large-scale additions, and home renovations. With a deep understanding of construction and design, John is passionate about creating homes that are both beautifully crafted and thoughtfully built to stand the test of time.
John takes a hands-on approach to every project, working closely with homeowners from concept through completion. His attention to detail, commitment to quality craftsmanship, and dedication to clear communication ensure that each home reflects the unique vision and lifestyle of the people who live there.
